Can I approve multiple RITMS at once in service catalog.

I have a REQUEST which has few RITMs inside.

I want to approve multiple RITMs by selecting these but I do not get approve option there. As per the workflow all these RITMs needs approvals.

but when I click individual RITM, I get approve option there. All I want to say that can we approve 3 items selected at once. How to make it possible.

Hi Raju,

If you want to approve multiple items, you can open the sysapproval_approver table in list view and select the items and approve them all at once.

This is correct but still I wont know what I am approving. I am not able to see what is in my RITM description. Although I am trying List layout option. Is there a way to see the description of my RITM in list layout.

Here is the screen shot where I am struggling.

No Raju, that is not possible. As this is the approval table and the short description or description field is not available.

If you are willing to expose this table, you can have a multiline text field created which can copy your ritms short description or description value to this field.

You can achieve this by creating an after BR on the ritm table. so whenever an ritm is send for approval, you can have a field in the approval table populated with ritms description

Hi Raju ,

Each RITM Will be executed based on the workflow attached to the catalog items , So Multiple RITMS Created against multiple Items will have different workflows and therefore you can not approve all the RITMS at Once for different Catalog items
