More Info on Form field

In custom form, I have to add more Info( ? ) field at end..

Any help on this?   How we can achieve this..

What version of SN are you running? That looks like Geneva, if I recall correctly.

Is that the help icon for a field on Geneva? If so, you should be able to get it to display if you provide a URL to a help file location. It looks different in Istanbul (the "?" appears next to the label) which is all I have access to right now, so hope this is helpful.

Hi,

This is a custom page layout from the Reports page. You can do something similar by Configuring the field label and adding a hint (a short hover over message) or link to helpful page.

Right click the field label and choose Configure Label and you will see.

Thanks for that info. Good to know that the original question was referring to some sort of custom layout. It was kind of driving me crazy not seeing the exact field layout details in the documentation.
