Can I integrate third party chatbot into servicenow chat window?

So I am trying to accomplish the same thing and getting some education along the way.   Not sure if this helps but I found a botkit for watson which has a   sample script on github to connect to slack, FB, others, but not an exact example to ServiceNow chat. I would think you have to go through OAuth somehow as part of the journey.   Here is the link if it helps!
