Istanbul - Is it possible to send multiple reports in one scheduled email?
I have 5 daily reports for one team. Rather than send them each in an email, they would like to have them all come in one email.

In this way we can only include two reports right? Because Include with is the refrence field . we can only select one report.

Yes clair,
You can do it easily. First decide which scheduled report you choose to send as base report where you need to put the subject and body along with the attachments in the mail. We need to put email, user or group name whom you want to send these reports. Now create seperate scheduled jobs for othere reports and add the base report name in Include with reference field. (you dont need to put subject, body, email ids here).
Now move back to your base scheduled job, you can see all the scheduled jobs has been included in Included in Email releted list.

Souren

HI Claire,
Yes you can include several reports in one email.
You need to see
http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Scheduling_and_Publishing_Reports#gsc.tab=0
and then you can use "include with" feature to club all reports in one email.
Please Hit Like/Helpful and Correct answer based upon the impact.
