Can not see the field 'Business Service' on Incident form Layout

Hi Experts,

I am trying to bring out the field = Business Service on the incident form , On Form layout I cant see any such field 

On task table as well, but somewhere I saw it was introduced?

If I am correct how can it be brought is it something based on SErviceNow version I am on my PDI from some time and its in  vancouver version , so it is not a part of this version?

I dont think so that you need a special version for this. I can see the business Service on my Incident form.

I am on D.C. Release.

Hi @Nisha30  Service "business_service" field is available on Task table with label Service which is referencing "cmdb_ci_service" table.You can bring it on form simply using Configure >> Form Layout

Thanks for all your replies. In my instance silly that it is not named as 'Service'. The Label was different, I got it now
