Can risk assessment questions (fields) be displayed on condition?

Hi all, is it possible to display (or hide) risk assessment questions based on other risk questions and/or specifically fields on the Change Request.   e.g.

Change validated in non prod environment?  Yes/No

(if yes)

How long will validation take?  <1hr, 1-4hrs,   > 4hrs.

 

Is there a mechanism similar to Client scripts or UI policys to do this?

Yes, this can be do able via scripting side.  I am not a coder / pro but we did this in previous project.
