Hi all,
I'm currently configuring Event collection using the ThousandEyes push connector. Setup of the web hook is complete for our Dev instance however when repeating the config for Prod, which is using SSO, the service account that ThousandEyes needs to log in to the platform to retrieve an oAuth token is being blocked. I can't see an obvious way around this, can't use login.do in the oauth_auth URL as far as I can tell. I have considered asking the SSO provider to set up an account in Azure to use as a service account so it logs in via SSO, but surely there's a better way of doing it in the platform? For example, can some URL; e.g. https://myinstance.service-now.com/oauth_auth.do be excluded somewhere in SSO?
