Hello SN community,
I have requested a PDI to practice, the "Change User Role" is dimmed as per screenshot, I have tried to reset and wipe my instance a lot with no clue, I have also released the instance but the issue persisted.

Hi @ManarY
Technically, you can change it using the role form itself. However, since this option is currently grayed out, the only available option is to release the instance and create a new one.
Could you please try clicking Refresh and check whether your instance is down or in an upgraded state? Sometimes this can be the reason.
Unfortunately, we can’t do much here because PDIs are not supported, so releasing the instance is the only option available.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @ManarY,
changing the role is related to studio which seems not to be installed in your PDI.
Do you have something important there? I guess no without admin, if so then Click Reset and wipe instance and rery after it's complete.
Beware - all data will be lost, back it up prior to this step

Monday
It is working fine now, Thank You
Apparently it worked after a successful instance release, as it is the only time I have received an email that instance wipe and release has been completed.
Also after the release I have found that SN studio has been installed automatically.

Perfect, @ManarY!
Sometimes the PDIs have glitches as they are "demo" versions and are not fully operated like the real instances. Always backup your PDI (update set, xml, github, ...)!!!! ;))
