Can't change user role to admin for my PDI

Hello SN community,

I have requested a PDI to practice, the "Change User Role" is dimmed as per screenshot, I have tried to reset and wipe my instance a lot with no clue, I have also released the instance but the issue persisted.

Hi @ManarY,

changing the role is related to studio which seems not to be installed in your PDI.

Do you have something important there? I guess no without admin, if so then Click Reset and wipe instance and rery after it's complete.

Beware - all data will be lost, back it up prior to this step

I am having this issue also but i have released the Instance and created a new and still unable to see App Engine Studio Creator. I would like to complete the developer course (NeedIT Application)
