can't create an incident via inbound email trigger on PDI

Hi,

I am trying to create an incident via inbound email and it's not happening. Kindly help.

I am using dev227697@servicenowdevelopers.com

Hello @Community Alums  

 

We cannot trigger the inbound action on PDI as the restricted in the PDI. So you cannot create the record using the Inbound action.

Due to restrciction, now PDI did not support Inbound and Outbound email.
