Can't create records in sysevent table from flowdesigner for scoped application

I'm trying to create a record in the table "Sysevent", using the create record action in Flow Designer. However, this table is missing in the Select table tab. The Flow is in a scoped application. Is there a way to fix this issue?

also you can create a flow in a global scope !
