Hello everyone,
I am trying to edit a catalog item in the catalog builder, but when I do I get the alert "This item cannot be checked out. If it was just published, please try after some time." The item in question is published, and I have the catalog_admin role and can edit other items. Also, I know that the item in question was not published recently like the alert suggests. Does anyone happen to know why this is happening?
Thanks,
Andrew

We originally thought this was a scoping issue. It is not. More to come

We're seeing this issue too.
- Cat item built using Catalog Builder
- Submitted for review
- In the catalog builder it offers the option to edit the item, even if it is in the state of in_review. Trying this results in the error "This item review cannot be cancelled now"
- Even as an Admin in the console, if you navigate to the catalog item that is under review and use the OOTB Cancel Review button, you receive an error message stating "Unable to cancel review."
I can create my own button which moves the review back to draft, and checks in it's 'parent'. But even then, I can't hide the OOTB UI Action as it's locked via a protection policy.
Has anyone worked out what is going on here?
- Before anyone has touched the cat item which is in the state of 'In review', no one can
