Can't get the RITM Question answer out of my multirow variable report

Hi,

 

We're using a service catalog item with multi-variable rows (new / update / delete), see screenshot. I want to be able to make a report on the variables entered (e.g. Name of the user, serial number etc). But I can't manage to join the tables properly to get the answers.

With the help of these 2 topics (Solved: Create a report with RITM Variable Sets and Multi-... - ServiceNow Community & how do report on multi row variable set - ServiceNow Community) I managed to get somewhere. But my question answer is still empty:

Does anyone know what I should change, to get the details of the requests?

the value is stored in value column

Did you check you configured the exact way how it's mentioned in the link?
