Can't log into my instance.

Says that the username or password is invalid. Nothing changed. I'm very sure that I logged into service now at least every 9 days. Is there anyway to verify that the instance still exists? Which it should because I got the login screen.  Then the next question is how to change the password?

Hi @bliszard

  • Go to the ServiceNow Developer Site and log in.
  • Look for the "Instance" dropdown or the "My Instance" menu at the top right of the page.
  • Click on Manage Instance Password or look for the Action button and choose Reset Instance Password.
  • Use the newly generated administrator password to log in directly to your instance
