Unable to Access ServiceNow Certifications After Losing Outlook Email Access

Hi,

I previously completed my ServiceNow certifications using my company Outlook email account. Recently, I left the company and no longer have access to the company Outlook mailbox/email account.

Because of this, I’m unable to log in to:

  • Now Learning
  • Certification profile

I would like to know:

  • How can I recover my certification account?
  • Is it possible to transfer certifications to my personal email address?

Also, is there any official way to get help directly from ServiceNow support for certification account recovery and email migration?

If anyone has faced this earlier, please share the process or support contact details.

My thoughts

-> If you have joined another partner company, you can log in to Now Learning using your new company email address and initiate the Merge ID / Email Change / Account Merge process to link your old certifications.

-> If you are not with a new partner, you can still log in to Now Learning using your personal email (if you already have an account there) and raise the same Merge ID / Email Change / Account Merge case to move your certifications and badges.

Note: not everything is transferred between now learning accounts

Do not worry.

You will b able to access your certificates.

 

Same thing was happened to one of my team member.

 

1.  Log in to your new Now Learning account using your new company credentials ( if not joined ,your personal one) via this link: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/.

 

Though KB article : Merging my email (accounts),transfer certifications, badges to new email  is available , still I will suggest you to log a case to support and they will resolve your issue within 1-2 days.

 

My team member solved the same kind of issue this way.
