Can't login to my dev instance, can't reset my admin password

After month of good working I can't suddenly use the "start building" link in my dev instance. There are the message "user name or password invalid". To reset your admin password clicke here. If I do so, I get my first screen with "Hello Steffen" and the start building mask. Nothing else.

If you log in to: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home

And click your picture in top right corner, click "manage instance password":

you should be able to see your username and password:

Thank you very much AndersBGS . „manage instance password“ offered a link to reset the admin password. After that the problems are solved.
