Can't see data in CIO Dashboard Metrics Configs

I am in great trouble!!!!!!!!!!
I installed the CIO Dashboard plugin,
I don't see any data in CIO Dashboard Metrics Configs.
I'm viewing CIO Dashboard Metrics Configs data with a user with the following permissions, but no data is displayed.
・sn_ciodashboard.ciodashboard_admin 
・sn_ciodashboard.ciodashboard_user

Since the above permissions have been granted, the CIO Dashboard can be viewed.
How can I view data in CIO Dashboard Metrics Configs?

You need to manually input the metric via the New button. You need to select the indicator and declare on where to place (Tab and Vertical)

would this include with the demo data loaded?  i've repaired and installed demo data in one of our sub instances- the widgets have data- but the 'metric configs' table is empty and the metric definitions area on the dashboard itself is totally empty.

Did you happen to find where the metric data is located? I just installed the CIO dashboard; no metrics are visible in the table.
