The #BuildMoreWithBuildAgent Challenge: Meet the Outstanding Apps
The best way to stay ahead of the platform is to build on it. 150+ practitioners proved that in three weeks.
The #BuildMoreWithBuildAgent Challenge asked the Community to take a real problem, bring it to Build Agent, and ship something that works. What came back was agriculture, logistics, waste management, change intelligence, and more. Use cases that stretch the platform into places it has never been, built by the same people who find working solutions in the Community every day.
We reviewed every submission against three criteria: Prompt Quality and Clarity, Innovation, and Impact and Usefulness. Six apps stood out. Let’s meet them.
Florian Knell: IMPACT STORY Hub
Most NGOs struggle to show donors measurable impact. IMPACT STORY Hub solves that. It tracks impact indicators across programs, collects field data on mobile devices in remote areas, shows visual dashboards with progress against targets (not just raw numbers), and gives donors a public portal to view verified outcomes anytime. Full WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and offline mode included.
Inspired by ServiceNow.org's Partnership for Good Grant program, this is the kind of use case that proves Build Agent can deliver enterprise-grade apps for social good.

Pavan Kumar: AgriAssist AI
Farmers dealing with crop diseases, pest outbreaks, or unfamiliar growing conditions need answers fast, and they need them in their own language. AgriAssist AI is an AI-powered farming assistant that provides instant crop support in English, Hindi, and Kannada with native Devanagari and Kannada script. It suggests treatment plans, scores confidence on its own responses, and automatically creates a case for human experts when it can't resolve a query.
The application displays native script with structured responses, making it genuinely accessible to a non-traditional ServiceNow audience. A small step toward making AI accessible and impactful in agriculture.
Chigoziri Dara: WasteWatch
Managing waste infrastructure across Nigeria's 36 states and 774 local government areas is a coordination problem at national scale. WasteWatch is a waste management system that gives citizens a branded reporting hub to submit issues with photos, routes those reports to contractors filtered by state and LGA, and automatically elevates blocked infrastructure to P1-Critical.
The pattern is transferable to any country managing distributed public services. Citizen portal, contractor dashboard, intelligent prioritization, and SLA-based escalation, all built to solve a problem that affects millions of people every day.

Grant Hamilton: Change Visual
Change managers live in multiple modules trying to understand their change schedule, risk exposure, and what's about to break. Change Visual adds a visualization layer on top of ServiceNow's existing change management data with Gantt, List, and Calendar views that share a common filter panel. Risk-heat calendars, CI overlap detection, a full-screen CAB presentation mode, and HTML email digests give change teams a single place to plan, review, and communicate.
A built-in onboarding experience, dark mode, and auto-refresh for war rooms prove Build Agent can deliver enterprise-ready applications, not just prototypes.

Sankalp Kajave: Logistics and Transport Control Tower
Logistics teams juggle transport orders, warehouse issues, inventory levels, and carrier reliability across disconnected tools. This workspace-based app brings centralized visibility and governance to all of it. An overview dashboard summarizes operations at a glance, inventory updates run through approval-based flows, transport orders pair analytics with list-to-form navigation, and carrier performance insights support better decision-making.
A step toward using ServiceNow not just as a workflow tool, but as an operational control tower for logistics and supply chain management.
Kondur Vishnu Vardhan Reddy: Combined ITOM Change Intelligence Platform
35 to 45% of P1 incidents are caused by changes, and the data to prevent them already exists inside ServiceNow. It just never comes together at the moment a change is being approved. This platform wires CMDB topology, capacity metrics, and service map trust into a single compound risk score on every Change Request. Under 25, auto-approved. 26 to 65, escalated to CAB with context. Over 65, automatically blocked.
89% scoring accuracy on first deployment, automated weekly leadership reports tracking incidents prevented and cost avoided.

So, What Will You Build?
These six apps represent a fraction of what is possible with Build Agent. From agriculture and waste management to logistics and change intelligence, the Community proved that great ideas paired with the right tool can become working applications in minutes.
Each of these apps started as an idea and a prompt and Build Agent handled the rest. Now it's your turn to show us what's possible.
