When I try to update planned start date and planned end date and save it in my record, It was not getting updated, But I can see the updated planned start date and end date in work notes.
Can anyone explain me why it was coming like that?
There are some values in planned start date and planned end date before, When I try to update them and save it, It was showing the old values, But I can see updated values in work notes
hi @Govind Bysani if there are any script written, de activate them and activate them 1 by 1 after testing so that you can find the script which is causing the issue
