Can the Rich Text Editor be enabled for all users in Agent Workspace by default?

Hello all,

we have enabled rich text editing for Journal Fields in Agent Workspace according to the Docs (Journal fields in Agent Workspace). So basically the Property "glide.ui.journal.use_html" has been set to true.

However every user has to manually active the slider in Agent Workspace for themselves before the Rich Text Editor is active. I could not find any User Preference or something similar to set this globally as default for all users.

Do you have any ideas on where the setting could be configured?

Thanks in advance

Jannik

Currently, it is not possible. But we get more requests on this subject and I raised an idea for this. Please subscribe and vote for the idea if you would like to see this feature in the future.

In case anybody is thinking about building some kind of workaround in the meantime, the reply from @Maik Skoddow in this thread can help you. Maik mentions that the user preference is stored in the localStorage for "Stacked view" preference. Basically same applies to the Rich editor preference as you can see below. I quickly tested it and it worked to enable rich editor by default.
