Can we add new button on Major incident workbench similar to Resolve and View Form

Hi,

Unfortunately there is very limited customization on this page which can be done. You can add custom content at bottom of the screen via UI macro - major_incident_wb_summary_custom_content.

 The workbench code is located in a script include that is completely locked down as read-only by ServiceNow. so in short "NO", you cannot add a new button on Major incident Workbench.
