Can we apply ACL to a particular form view?

When you say field level SCL for a view what do you mean by that. Please elaborate a little with example and what about those 3 fields on another view?

Thanks for the response.

I have a form view created, there are 3 fields added to the form view which are also present on the default view, I want to make these field readable to only few users with particular role, when someone is using the custom view, but on the default view/ any other custom view I do not want this logic to be applied. So in future if any other view is created on the same form, they should be able to see those fields without needing roles from my ACLs. 

Hopefully I could explain it above, let me know if I still confused you, I'll try to add some screensots and expamples.
