Not that I'm aware (from Mac or PC). Outlook doesn't package it's messages as a .EML file. You would need to first save/export the message, then drag it or upload it to ServiceNow.

Hi Ahmmed and Chuck,

I was tinkering with things today and found that I CAN drag emails directly from Outlook to ServiceNow - but only using Edge.... like that's weird right as normally Chrome is leading the charge with cool functionality etc...

Wondered if this works for you guys as well...?

Cheers

Carl.

Drag and drop attachments have been available for quite some time on most modern browsers. Normally you would do this from Windows Explorer or Mac Finder. I'm not sure what makes this available from another app. Interesting.
