Not that I'm aware (from Mac or PC). Outlook doesn't package it's messages as a .EML file. You would need to first save/export the message, then drag it or upload it to ServiceNow.

From the outlook, messages to the other platform cannot be accessed because the outlook prevents it. The drag feature will be accessible here. But many times the user might get the issue of Connect error 10060 while sending the message to other platforms.

unfortunately no you can not. Outlook does not associate with servicenow (nor with anything else to my knowledge)

I was looking for something more current.
I have been able to drag / drop Outlook email native to a form in ServiceNow without an issue until a few weeks ago. It appears, for our instances, that as of 03/11/24, any direct attachment from Outlook takes a significant amount of time to attach. 124 KB file from outlook took 34 seconds. 201 KB jpg from documents folder was immediate. 12,919 kb file from another folder -- 13 seconds -- significantly less than the email drag and drop.
I am not sure where to reach out to for an assist.
