can we attach document to record producer or catalog item in service portal through ATF?

Hi Trupti,

Starting from Paris release you can add attachment to record producer or catalog item via below step

Step - Add Attachments to Form (SP)

Select sample attachment and save the step

I am checking the same and getting ERROR message

"User does not have permission to attach to record 'Create Incident' on table 'sc_cat_item'"

I am just following up the below steps.

What about adding attachments to a service catalog in Native UI? Is there any possibility to achieve this requirement? Please help
