Can we control the list view we see when drilling in to a report from a bar chart gauge?

I've got several gauges on my dashboards that are bar charts.   When I click on a "bar", I would like to be able to determine the fields a user will see.

In other words, if my report pertains to a specific type of incident, I would like to be able to show the fields pertaining to that incident type.     I know how to create list views but there is nowhere on the report I have seen to select the "Drill Down List View"

Is it possible?

You can also specific additional charts/reports as drill downs.

I created and saved my drill down but it doesn't work.   I see on the other post you shared that another person had the same issue.   Not sure if it's related but I create a bar chart, saved, then created a new report drilldown and sorted it how I wanted it to look when I drill down but it's going back to the last view I left it at.

Cool feature if it worked...

Hi Carl,

What release are you on? This feature came along in Geneva.

Hi Chuck,

Geneva Patch 03 Hot Fix 2

Think we need to patch or move to Helsinki?

Thanks,

Carl

Potentially, although I wouldn't recommend upgrading JUST for that one feature. It would be worth noting as a data point to check when you upgrade your first sub-prod system.

Your reports to be group by incident type.

You need to create n   number of   list views   based on the type.

You should create view rules based on the type and align   the list you needed. Once you will select   any bar with incident type , a list of records will opened   with the desired view.
