can we create multiple request items from a single request with out using order guide

we have a requirement to create multiple request items from a single request with out using order guide. It should look like order guide with multiple tabs. I tried by adding 'Rule Base' related list to catalog item form, but when I try to add new rule for this list it's not showing the condition. When I click on + icon of   'If this condition is true' to add condition, it showing message as 'First select a table'. But in case of order guide it's working fine.

Hello Dakshayani,

If you click on 'Add to Cart' while ordering an item, you can add multiple request items into a single request.

User can add different items and at the end, should click on 'Order Now' or 'Proceed for Checkout'.

Try that and let me know if that works for your requirement.

Yes, We can achieve that.

Follow the steps : 

1) Order one item and Click on Requested Number

2) On Requeste, You can see a Button as "Add New Item"

3) There, you can see a reference field to select Catalog Item.

4) That's how we can add Multiple Catalog Items in one request without using Order Guide.

Thanks For ScreenShot but "Add New Item" UI Action is not available on my instance.
