can we customize "Unauthorized Change Task"

Hi Experts, 

 

Can we customize - "Unauthorized Change Task" only for specific classes and specific attributes ?

In case yes, could you please share the steps of the customization ?

Hi @Neeta1 

As per my understanding, Unauthorized Tasks are only created for Emergency Changes.

If you want to achieve this, you could use the CMDB Query Builder with the data model to identify the relevant configuration items.

You should review the flow where the task is generated to understand how it is currently configured and then modify it accordingly.

It would require building proper logic to implement this correctly.

Thank you for your quick reply , however could you please let me know how this event "ci.change.unplanned, " get trigger ? Is there any criteria for which it get trigger , could you please let me know how and where to check that script /condition ?
