Hi - unfortunately the servicenow share has been taken down. And the update sets that I had are from really old versions of the platform. My suggestion is to create a new snmp classifier and a pattern to explore these devices. The MIBs are available online if needed - getting to cisco call manager shouldn't be a problem as long as the device is setup to allow snmp requests. This may help as well ::
