Can we enable "Graphql" in our instance?

Hello experts,

 

Is it okay to enable to "Graphql" in our instance? will there be any problem using it?

Could anyone please let me know the advantages and disadvantages by enabling it?

Please note that we are on "UTAH". Would "GraphQl" work on this version?
