Can we hide self service view on the form

I want to hide Self Service and HR Workbench view. I am able to hide HR Workbench view on the form by checking hidden option and granting roles in sys_ui_view table. But when I did the same thing to self service view it is not hiding. Can anyone help me to understand how can we hide self service view?

Have you tried to create a new role and give that role in the Self Service view sys_ui_view table. Thanks

We have added customized tables in self service view.

Hi Puja,

Once you check the hidden checkbox, the view is removed from the view selection list. But if you are trying to access the form with admin role it still appears there. I recommend you to impersonate to another user and check.

Also refer the following screenshot to understand what actually the hidden checkbox does (see the text in black tooltip).
