We have a requirement to limit the visibility of a standard change template to two groups instead of global availability. I went into the standard change template but did not see an option to limit the template to particular groups. Is there a way we can do this ?
Look for Maintain items >> Name_of_standard_change & add Available for Not Available for related list option. This is on Catalog form for Standard Change & not Standard Change template form.
On each template, or category in the Standard Change Catalog you have two related lists: Available for and Not available for. If you configure these related lists with a User Criteria, you can limit the visibility of categories or templates.
