Can we list all the reports and dashboards which are shared with public or snc_internal role?

Is there an easy way to find out all the reports and dashboards in the instance which are shared with public or snc_internal role?

Hi @Shivalika yes, for report I think it is fine but for Dashboards how do we identify the shared roles, I don't see it as a field on the table. For eg there is an OOB dashboard shared with public role, so how do we find such dashboards.

Hello @pvn 

There is a field "Requires role" So, if there is any role specified for the dashboard, it will be here. If not role is specified or no users and groups are also specified then by default "visible to everyone" field is set to true.

@pvn  Adding to my previous reply, I don't think this will still cover everything. This may not be very comprehensive, however I feel for small roles like snc_internal and Public - it may display.
