Can we add new fields or update anything in incident table using Build Agent?

Hi @harshdeep

Based on my experience, the answer is no. The reason is that the application we are creating using the Build Agent is a custom app, while the Incident table exists in the Global scope. Because of this scope difference, creating it through a cross-reference may cause issues. However, you can still try it and share your feedback
