Hello,
on Dispatcher workspace the dispatcher can only see the primary agent work schedule. We cannot add multiple 'primary agent work schedules' and 'Other' types aren't shown.
I need to show two or more agent work shedules in the dispatcher workspace;
Use case:
A team that works 8h-17h weekdays
Agent A: will also work this week also from 18h-23h
Agent B: will also work this week saturday and sunday
- Can we show in Dispatcher Workspace other types than 'primary' ?
