Can we update any Incident by Using Record Producer?

Can we update any Incident by Using Record Producer, or any other Option from the portal?

What is the use case?

You can see and edit incidents that are created by you or on behalf of you form portal. And you are not supposed to edit pother incidents(unless you are working on them)

@Arjun Kumar Le1 : Below are my thoughts.

1. Yes, we can update an incident using Record Producer, not directly, but once the user submits the record producer, you can have your update logic in the record producer script. This will not be a direct update on the incident itself; it's done via RP.

2. You can open an incident in the portal from the list (similar to "My Open Incidents" OOB), and on-clicking the number, we can configure to open the record in a "form" view such that you get a similar view as in the native UI and the user will be able to edit the incident (considering they have access to it).

What is the use case?

and Who should able to update incident and what value/ fields you wan to update? 

OOTB once a incident submitted other than Comments nothing get updated via record producer.
