Can workspace notifications be redirected to the designated workspace

Hi

Can workspace notifications be redirected to the designated workspace?

 

The current setting is Notification trigger, and notification information can be received correctly. But when clicking on the notification, it redirects to the personal agent workspace.

May I ask if it is possible to specify a redirect to one's own workspace?

the route mentioned in the config is used to open that ticket.

What do you mean by one's own workspace?

The system only allows selecting an agent workspace and clicking on the default will redirect to the individual's agent workspace.
But I customized a workspace and I want to click to jump to my customized workspace
