Can you build your own mobile app on the app store

Hi all,

Was wondering if it was possible to build your own custom mobile app for the App Store. The App in question is the Now Mobile Agent.

As per my understanding you can download "Now mobile - Intune" application and customize it as per your companies branding. then you can publish it to your company portal.

Another way is ServiceNow can build the custom branded app for you. Please see below Docs for the same.

Though it will not be entirely custom, but you can have your company branding.

Also I believe if you want two NOW mobile apps for your instance (Example one exclusively for new hires and one for regular employees), you can achieve it by creating two applications from above mentioned method only. You will get unique app ID based on which you can configure multiple mobile apps in Mobile App Config table (sys_sg_native_client) and Nav tabs etc in ServiceNow.
