1. On your filter navigator type in "Maintain items"
2. Open your catalog item (or click new if you need to create a new one)
3. Scroll to the bottom of the form until you find the "Variables" tab
4. Click "New"
5. Then select the variable "Container Star"
6. Fill out the necessary fields then click Submit

Hey Harsh,
I could share the screenshot but at the moment it is just 16 variables listed one after another. I haven't but FYI I am also on Kingston. In addition I have no power in formatting the service portal, I can only configure the item on the "maintain items" view. Is there a way to go about this?
Thanks

Yes, use "Container Start" and "Cointainer End" variable types to create two columns then place your variables in between them.
