Can you get access to Now Support with your developer instance?

Hello.

 

I have a developer instance and am trying to request an item from the "Store Application", but cannot login to support portal to request this.

Is this only available to customers with paid ServiceNow subscription.

We cant get the Store apps in PDI.

Can only use plugins available from My Instance "Activate Plugin" or from 

Click on your name icon in the develper's instance page to list operations that can be performed on PDI.

Store Applications include items from non-ServiceNow that may require payment. With PDI hibernating and something being deleted without notice, it's not ideal to install commercial plugins into PDI.
