ServiceNow Menus are greyed out permanently

FOr 2 weeks, my menus have been greyed out mainly for User and Update Sets / Application Scope Menu. Making it hard to select and do anything (there's an overlay preventing you from clicking any menu items for the update sets part).

Let me mention that this issue persists between browsers, my laptop is in the same state than my colleagues, and no applications nor browser extensions have been added in the month I've been working here, so it seems the problem is specifically with ServiceNow itself and my account? Did anyone ever encouter such an issue before?

You have blurred your Your screenshot , cannot see the issue.

But is this happening with one particular user or all?

 

No the blur is actually what i'm getting in ServiceNow, that is the issue at hand. I'm the only user affected by this that I know of.

I have had the same issue once this week although it didn't persist for very long. Can't really remember what I did to fix it as it just went away. However a colleague got the same issue yesterday in our PROD environment and we applied the Washington patch 7 on Wednesday. So it might be connected to the latest patch as we applied the patches earlier this week in our DEV and TEST-environment.

Its advisible to use Chrome or firefox rather than using edge when working with ServiceNow.
