Requirement is , cancel the request if approver fails to approve the request in 10 days in flow designer

Where are you stuck? What did you already try?
The 'ask for approval' action has a 'due date' option where you can set what it should do.

can you share your flow to be able help you?
As a learning process you should try to do it yourself and when you are stuck you can ask for help, but this seems that you didn't even try it yourself and expect that somebody will do the job for you...
Draft a flow, search some details, get inspiration from existing flows and then adjust it to your need. If any issue occurs, then it will be good moment to debug.
