Cancellation/removal of CAB meeting invite to attendees

Hi All,

We have a requirement to cancel or remove the CAB meeting invite which has been sent to the CAB attendee (requestor of change), in case if his change request has been removed manually from the agenda items of the CAB meeting.

Do we have anything OOB which can achieve this functionality or please suggest how can we achieve this functionality of informing users that their change has been removed from the CAB.

Hi, I dont think I have seen a OOB solution, but an on delete br for the agenda items table, triggering a sysevent that is matched to a cancel notification in ical format shouldn't be complex. you can probably base your notification on the existing OOB cab invite.
