Cannot Add Reports to Dashboard Created Under Self-Service Module dev

Hi everyone,
When I try to create a new dashboard from the Self-Service module in ServiceNow dev, this window appears (screenshot attached). I select the In-line editor, enter the name and description, and create the dashboard.
However, once the dashboard is created, I’m unable to add any reports to it — it seems like the functionality doesn’t work or is unresponsive.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Is there a configuration step I might be missing?

Can you share a screenshot of what you see? Because the dashboard should have an 'edit' button to enabling adding data visualizations to it. And a new dashboard should also have the 'add new element' button:
