Cannot create new workflow in PDI

Hello Friends,

I am facing a rather strange problem since this morning in my PDI, whenever I am trying to create a new workflow in editor for Requested Item - screenshot is given below.

I haven't done any changes to workflow table or any OOTB scripts related to workflows.

Any help would be appreciated.

@subhadeep161 Since you are sure that none of your recent changes broke the instance, try upgrading your PDI to a latest release and see if it fixes the issue.

@Sandeep Rajput My PDI is already auto-upgraded to latest version

@subhadeep1618 This could be an issue related to recent upgrade, since these is no support provided for PDIs, you can either reset your instance or wait for another patch to address this issue.

Hi please check below steps

Permissions: Verify that your user account has the necessary permissions to create workflows. Check if your roles include the required access to the Process Designer and the workflow-related tables.

Check Table Configuration: Confirm that the "Requested Item" table is properly configured. Ensure that there are no issues with the table structure, dictionary entries, or relationships that might be causing the problem

Scripting Errors: While you mentioned not making changes to scripts, ensure that there are no accidental changes or issues in any server-side scripts, business rules, or client scripts associated with the "Requested Item" table.

ServiceNow Support: If the problem persists and you can't find a resolution, consider reaching out to ServiceNow support. Provide them with details about the issue, including any error messages, and they can assist you further.
