Cannot create new workflow in PDI

Hello Friends,

I am facing a rather strange problem since this morning in my PDI, whenever I am trying to create a new workflow in editor for Requested Item - screenshot is given below.

I haven't done any changes to workflow table or any OOTB scripts related to workflows.

Any help would be appreciated.

Before you reset, try to repair the plugins

I am getting this issue only in Chrome browser.

Everything is fine in Edge.

Any idea what might be the issue?

There is no way mate.. other than reset the instance. These issue are very wired.
