Cannot Retire a KB Article

When I click "Retire" button the article then says the article has been "published." Strange. I've looked at the workflows and don't see anything different and nothing was changed. Anything I missed?

Can you see what workflow is associated with this Knowledge Base and then post that?

Also...have you tried this with a fresh article or are you testing with some sort of XML imported articles or something?

Was the article published before you clicked that button?

Did you recently upgrade?

Was your instance recently patched?

Is this your Personal Developer Instance?

We need more information...this isn't OOB behavior...so something had to have happened here. Something isn't normal here and only you know of the anomalies.

Let us know, thanks!

Hello,

I see that you marked your own post as Correct...which was asked by me, above, for you to look at your workflows, several weeks ago actually.

Ideally, my post would be what got you to the correct answer, which was a workflow issue, but since you've marked your own post as Correct...please mark any others as Helpful...since I've done several posts here, trying to help.

Thanks...

Hello Allen,

I am having the same issue where when i first click on the Retire button it says workflow published and when i open the article it pops up the retire button again.

There is something strange happening which i am unable to replicate from my personal instance to my work instance.

Let me know if you can help me resolve this issue.

Thanks,

pK.
