Hi everyone,
I'm reading through the "ServiceNow instance hardening customer security document" - KB0550654 and specifically trying to see images embedded into point 10.3 - "URL Whitelist For Logout Redirects". (https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0550654#10.3)
I cannot see any of the images in this section. This is particularly a problem given that in the "Steps to Configure", Step 3 says "Assign the recommended values as shown in the screenshot", and the screenshot is blank.

When I pull up that specific URL, I get a blank page. I AM logged into HI, and I am a Customer Admin in HI, so this leaves me to think the attachments don't exist or have been "moved" (are under a different sys_id), or for whatever reason, I don't have high enough permissions (even with a customer_admin role!) to see these screenshots.
Does anyone know how I can see these images or read this KB in some other way?

Hello Julie,
I have created a ticker for you in HI in which I have attached a local zip file with the knowledge article which includes all images so you can access them locally. As I have recommended in the ticket, if you are unable to view images in knowledge articles in HI then I suggest opening a ticket with our Hi Administration group as they can assist you with any missing roles that are required.

For anyone who is following this question, I have heard from HI Administration that this is a known issue recorded under PRB1245302 - "Customers not able to download the attachments from published KB". The PRB is in work in progress.
