Please help me with upgrading the instance.
It is stuck on Toky patch4, and every time I'm trying to upgrade id - process failed with an error. What exact error, I don't know, nowhere to see what exactly goes wrong. I'm tried tokyo patch 9, utah and vancouver, everyone with no luck. In such cases it is suggested to release an instance and take a new one, but this is really the last available option for me. my instance was created in 2018 and it has so many personal things that I dont know how to save (and even remember what is mine, and what is oob) and migrate to new instance.
If someone from developers team reading this - please help me upgrade my instance to utah.
