Capture data in Application being built

I am building a custom application and will publish in our company app store (Used locallying within the company)

I noticed certain things like groups, Knowledge based, group types etc are not being captured in the Application which I will be installing in another instance. If you ever installed an application or plugin from ServiceNow, they do push users, groups etc for supported scoped application/plugin

Instead of manually imported that data, has anybody got any idea how it can be captured in the application itslef.

Hi there,

Use the out-of-the-box "Create application file" option.

I see it grayed out since I am in custom scope and the widget is in Global scope

@Mark Roethof - Any option that you can suggest to capture in my application instead of capturing this object in the Global scope update set? Of course, I do not want this to be cloned in my scoped app since its a modification to existing object in the Global scope.
