Catalog builder fulfillment steps with variable values

Is it possible to use a variable value in a fulfillment step using catalog builder?

So for example:

I have a catalog Item with the following variable:

directory_name

I want to add a task that will go to the Service Desk via catalog builder.

Can I make the Task short description something like:

Please updated the contents of "directory_name"

This way when they are looking at their assigned tickets they don't have a bunch of generic looking short descriptions.

Yes it is achievable. Catalog Builder is just to build the Catalog fir your requirements,  plz create a flow and under that in action create Catalog task and there you can define the short description,  assignment group and much more.
